How does commissioning me work [4/03/2018]

Recently I had 2 clients that did not pay commissions (one of them just left with a sketch of 2 slowbros coupling with a ponygirl (?) and the other one left with a heavy watermarked lesbian couple scissoring) so I'll have to take some measurement of precaution from now on, since I don't want to waste time doing work that wont get payed.
[NOTE]: These rules will not be applied to frequent clients, the list of those clients will be public here at the bottom, and will be updated constantly.
Illustration:
Payment will unlock parts of the final illustration + additional stuff.

1.-The first payment will consist of 25% of the total price, this will unlock the corners of the illustration & access to see the sketch and make small changes to it, want another sketch? that will be 10% additional of the illustrations total price.
<<But aren't sketches supposed to be something to assure the client is getting what they want? // Yes, it is, but it is also work, and all work should be payed for.>>
[NOTE]: Sketches aren't meant to be visually pleasing, they contain guidelines that make them look bad but are meant to help the artist on the composition of the illustration. For reference on how my work looks, you can check my gallery.

2.-The second payment will consist of 25% (50%) of the total price, this will unlock the outer ring of the illustration.

3.-The third payment will consist of 25% (75%) of the total price, this will unlock the inner ring of the illustration & access to see the full lineart.

4.-The fourth payment will consist of the remaining 25% (100%) of the total price, this will unlock the heart of the illustration (full access to the illustration)

A.-You, the client, can pay any amount during any phase of the illustrations development, [this means that if you pay 100% of the illustration from the get go, nothing will be locked, and every time you want to check on the illustration you'll see the full illustration without any blockage.]

B.-Sketching phase will begin once at least the first payment is received.

C.-I, the artist, will retain all permission to make a commission public for the sake of examples of my work and/or for making additional merchandise.

D.-You, the client, will receive the illustration in a .png file only. Unless said commission is an animation or a logo, in such case you will receive a file according to the type of commission.

E.-If you want your illustration without a signature, please contact me instead of taking it out by yourself (I will usually agree to taking it out if you want it for certain purposes where a signature is not aesthetic).

F.-There is no refunds.
